Our mission

We believe in a fully electrified world. One where everything—from heating to transport to industry—runs on clean electricity.

But today’s power companies aren’t built for this future. They make compromises in their energy mix and are built on legacy systems unfit for the energy transition. A fundamentally different kind of power company is needed—one that relentlessly focuses on clean electricity, not fossil fuels. One that focuses on renewables from the cheapest sources, that is, large-scale solar and wind plants. One that recognises that the key to electrified future isn’t just generating clean electricity—it’s storing electricity where it’s needed.

That is why we’re building Capture Energy, Europe’s first battery-backed power company. By purchasing electricity when it is cheapest and cleanest and storing it decentrally in our customers' batteries, we make electricity cleaner, more reliable, and more affordable.

For now, we’re focused on installing and optimising batteries. We design the optimal system for each site, oversee installation, and manage operations with our in-house software Capture AI, which ensures batteries deliver maximum returns and in turn the cheapest electricity. Capture is the smarter way to power your home or business, providing you with cheaper and more reliable electricity.

However, this is just the beginning. Our vision is much bigger: to become the first of a new generation of power companies—one built entirely for the electrified world. We're looking for people who want to do their life's work and build this vision together!
