  • Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for up to 1 year after the last customer interaction, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
  • Website and app user data: Retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
  • Energy consumption data: Retained for up to 6 years after contract termination, in compliance with industry regulations.
  • After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize your personal data unless legal, regulatory, or technical reasons require us to keep it for a longer period.
